Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely holiday at the hotel. The grounds are beautiful with a variety of pools, and our lagoon room was nice, albeit located near a less enjoyable pool. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the dining experience left much to be desired, particularly in terms of food quality and pricing. Overall, I would return if they improved the food options.
My stay at the resort was quite disappointing, to be honest. While the tropical gardens were beautiful, the state of the rooms and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I had high hopes for a luxurious getaway, but I walked away feeling let down, especially considering the price. I'll likely look for other options next time.
The Sheraton Gran Mirage Resort is a stunning tropical getaway with beautiful gardens and a fantastic pool area. The rooms offer a luxurious feel, especially with options like swim-up entries. However, the service can be inconsistent, with some guests experiencing issues with cleanliness and responsiveness. Overall, it's a great option for those wanting to relax or explore the local attractions.
I just got back from a delightful trip to Port Douglas and had a lovely stay at this hotel. The lagoon entry room was a great choice, offering beautiful views and easy access to the area. The staff, especially Graham, were outstanding and helped make our diving trip unforgettable. Unfortunately, the dining options could use some improvement, especially at Harrison's, which felt lacking in atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience but some areas could definitely use a bit more attention.
